  • What do I need to prepare before the move?
    Notify the property management of the new/old address of the moving date. Pack valuable and personal items. Transfer phone/internet services. Notify in advance if drilling/hanging is needed. Avoid scheduling delivery of new furniture on the moving day. Plan the placement of furniture in the new address.
  • Will Jumbo Movers provide packing materials?
    Of course! The moving quotation already includes the cost of packing materials. Before the move, we can arrange free delivery of cardboard boxes and provide packaging materials such as tape, white paper, bubble wrap, etc.
  • What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel the move?
    Please notify Jumbo Movers at least one week in advance for rescheduling or cancellation. We will try our best to arrange a new moving date. ⚠ Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  • If some furniture cannot fit in the new home, what can be done?
    If the furniture is too large to fit in the new home, Jumbo Movers provides furniture disposal service. If you don't want to waste them, we also offer storage service to temporarily store your furniture.
  • What payment methods does Jumbo Movers accept?
    Cash, FPS, PayMe, or bak transfer are all welcome.
